TOPIC: THE CURSE-NULLIFYING POWER OF THE BLOOD
SCRIPTURE: Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:14-15.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Blood of Jesus is powerful enough to cancel every bloody foundation and transaction whose consequence may be plaguing your life and destiny.
I came across the story of a young lady some time ago. Female members of her family would die before they reached the age of thirty. This was a mystery! So, they decided to do an investigation to unravel the mystery behind the premature deaths.
The investigation revealed that their ancestor was a prominent paramount ruler. When he died and was about to be buried, according to their tradition, someone was meant to ‘escort’ him to the land of the dead.
They concluded that his youngest wife, whom he loved so much, should ‘escort’ him. So, the young woman was buried alive with him.
However, when she was about to be buried alive with the dead chief, she began to rain curses. She said, “What did I do that you want to bury me alive? I vow that in this family, none of your young ladies will cross this age before they die.”
And the young woman was about thirty years of age when this happened.
Consequently, every time any female member of that family reached the age of thirty, she died mysteriously. This was because of the bloody foundation and the attendant curse in their lineage.
Similarly, there are families whose ancestors were slave dealers. Some even buried some of their slaves alive. Now, the children who are their descendants are suffering the consequences of such evil till today, except for Divine intervention.
But the good news is, the Cross of Calvary is the answer to every evil foundation. The Blood of Jesus is powerful enough to cancel every bloody foundation and transaction whose consequence may be plaguing your life and destiny.
And today, I decree that by the Power in the Blood of Jesus Christ, every bloody transaction made by your ancestors that may be plaguing your life, destiny and family is deleted right now, in the Name of Jesus.
REMEMBER THIS: The Blood of Jesus is powerful enough to cancel every bloody foundation and transaction whose consequence may be plaguing your life and destiny.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Is there any bloody foundation laid or bloody transaction made by your ancestors plaguing your life and destiny? Find out.
2. Make demands on the potent Blood of Jesus Christ to uproot such foundations and nullify such transactions.
PRAYER: Lord, I decree the uprooting and nullification of every bloody foundation and transaction made by my ancestors. I make demands on the Blood of Jesus Christ to nullify such transactions, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
