DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST 3 MARCH 2023
TODAY’S TOPIC: ANXIETY
SCRIPTURE: MATTHEW 11:28-30
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am [a]gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
TODAY’S WORD: DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety can be normal in some situations like public speaking or so. However, when it persists it becomes a problem. Anxiety expresses the lack of peace of God. Anxiety signifies that one’s problem is not only beyond him but also beyond God’s ability to help and to solve.
When worry and anxiety become a cycle, it makes one feel insecure. The good news is that Jesus is giving an invitation to the anxious to come and lay down their burdens on him. He will take away all their worries, heavy load and give them true rest. Are you suffering from anxiety concerning an issue? Jesus is offering you rest and peace of mind. Accept and enjoy the rest that only he can guarantee. Do so now!
REFLECTION
Worrying about your cares solves nothing.

Lord, I lay down my cares and worries at your feet. Amen
