TODAY’S TOPIC: ATTACKS AGAINST SEED
SCRIPTURE: “And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive.” (Exodus 1: 22)
That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
Our Focal Scripture speaks of that moment when Pharaoh decreed that every son that is born to the children of Israel must be cast into the river. Pharaoh wanted the sons born to the children of Israel to be killed. Sons are carriers of seed. So Pharaoh made a plan that was going to attack the carriers of seed. It was an attack designed specifically to hinder a future harvest by cutting short the carriers of seeds that yield harvest.
Friend, every attack against your seed in 2023, I decree, let it scatter by the fire of God. Let the fire of God come against every attack against your capacity and abilities. Let the fire of God cut down every evil hand that wants to stifle your seed and make you bereft of a heavy harvest. Let the hand of the Lord crush every attack against your activities that should birth results for you. Let every attack against your seed end now.
Pharaoh was plotting against the male children of Israel to ensure that the carriers of seed would be unable to reproduce in future. He wanted to systematically curtail their increase ahead of time. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every arrangement of the enemy to systematically curtail your increase and advancement, let the fire of God answer for you. Let the hand of the Lord scatter every plan to hinder your rising and expansion.
In Judges 6 vs. 3, Israel had a special set of attackers who came whenever they had put seed to the ground. Israel had people whose interest was to stop their seed. Today, I pass a decree: every stopper of your seed will be stopped by the hand of the Lord. Every stopper and attacker that wants to make a mess of your efforts will receive the slap of angels. Every lying tongue that is positioned against your seed, let fire stop them.
You will move from seed time to harvest time. Your seed will not die. Your efforts will not be cut short.
Isaiah 62: 8 says: “The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:”
Declare With Me: Every attack against my seed ends now; both the attack and attacker, let fire answer, in Jesus’ name!
