Gangaa 4 January 2020 Update on Zee World Sagar asks Ganga to bring Pulkit as his bone marrow didn’t match. Ganga tells Sagar that Pulkit denied to come here. Sagar was sure to bring Pulkit forcefully but the doctor insists that they can’t take the sample without consent. He asks them to think about someone else, such as siblings or grandchildren of Niranjan. Ganga goes to get Krishna.
In the room, Niranjan asks Madhvi about Sagar and Ganga’s absence. He wonders what’s wrong in the house.Sagar and Ganga were awaiting results of reports for Krishna’s sample. Ganga says there is no other option, but Pulkit stood with teary eyes ready to give his sample. The doctor comes there, and goes to take Pulkit’s sample. Ganga was sure that samples of Pulkit or Krishna must match Niru.
Inside the laboratory, a man cheers after destroying the real reports and changing the positive to negative.At home, Madhvi discusses with Mata ji that she can’t hide with Niranjan about Sagar and Ganga anymore. Prabha says for the next Pooja, Madhvi would need a lot of money and her jewellry won’t even work.The doctor comes to inform them that none of bone marrow doesn’t match with Niranjan’s, neither Krishna nor Pulkit. Sagar asks him to get it done again, they insists on him to examine again. The doctor apologizes that Niru’s transplant is not possible.
Ganga notices a man standing with ghunghat wali mata, she wonders what’s she doing here and goes behind her. She points at doctor if that man is from the hospital staff, she was shocked to hear that he is the lab assistant and makes lab reports. Prabha and the man watches Ganga running towards them, Sagar follows. Prabha pushes the lab assistant to hit Ganga and runs away. Ganga holds the collars of lab assistant who also flee.
Sagar comes to stop Ganga from creating a drama, he wasn’t ready to trust Ganga. Ganga hurries outside anyway, Sagar and Pulkit follow.In the home, Ganga asks Maharaj ji about ghunghat wali mata ji, he replies he was at in kitchen for long. She watches Amma ji and Ghunghat wali mata ji coming out from the room. Amma ji says she came an hour before. Ganga accuses Prabha for bribing a man in hospital. Amma ji asks how long ago has it been, as she has been with her for past one hour. She takes her inside.
Ganga wonders who was in hospital then.Prabha informs Yash that Ganga suspected her and was just behind her. Yash cheers about already sending a fake mata ji home. Prabha was worried what if that lab assistant lies.Sagar and Pulkit take the lab assistant and beat him. The lab assistant assures to tell them the truth.
Sagar comes to the room and silently hugs Ganga who was concerned, Ganga doesn’t hug him back. She asks if everything is fine. Sagar gives Ganga the torn pieces of destroyed reports. She questions about them, then shocked to read they are positive for Krishna. She was hopeful about Niranjan, then wonders what about doctor’s report. Sagar says he ran behind that lab assistant and the lady had bribed him for changing the report. Sagar shares with Ganga that the treatment is really expensive, almost crore. Ganga was worried.
Prabha brings a bundle of money to a man.Ganga was worried about arranging the money. She says they must manage the money in some way, and forbids him to let anyone know that Krishna’s bone marrow matched. Sagar says if they hide it, Madhvi and Niru won’t trust them. Ganga was sure until they brings her reality to everyone, all have been blinded by her. She suggests Sagar to bring that lab assistant home in some way. Sagar considers it a good idea. Ganga smiles, taunting that he didn’t trust him till yesterday.
Sagar insists he trusted her, only that’s why he ran behind the lab assistant. He walks close to Ganga asking if she still consider he doesn’t trust her, she denies with movement of her head. He backs up and turns to leave, playfully.

In the room, Madhvi insists on Amma ji to have fruits atleast. Amma ji was worried about Sagar and Ganga’s absence because of Niranjan. Madhvi was sure that everything would be fine, in a day or so. Mata ji comes there and assure to make everything fine till tomorrow. She asks them to come to temple tomorrow, she will inform tomorrow who must come but for them it’s a must. She insists on Madhvi to come to hospital, no matter what happens. She leaves the room thinking tomorrow would be her last bid.
Early in the morning, Madhvi takes Krishna along with Amma to the temple. Krishna was worried about Sagar and Ganga. Amma ji promises to share everything with her. There, Ganga comes out of washroom and notices Sagar being disturbed by the sun. She teases him by moving back and forward. Sagar wakes up, but poses to sleep.
Ganga finally shuts the curtains, and smiles. Sagar watches her dry her hair. Ganga receives a call from Kashish, she was worried at once that Niranjan isn’t well. Sagar wakes up at once, they hurry towards home. Kashish was with Niranjan when Sagar and Ganga run towards him.
Kashish says he is feeling difficult to breathe, Sagar holds his neck up. Kashish says she has given him anti-biotic injection but he didn’t get well; they must take him hospital. Sagar tries to take him to hospital, but he denies going to hospital. Ganga insists on him to wake up. Niranjan shouts that he know he won’t ever get well.
He knew about it when doctors told them about his ailment for the first time. He didn’t tell this to anyone only because his family was together, Ganga had returned and he never wanted to turn their happiness to sadness. Ganga cries holding Niranjan’s hand. Niru assures he is fine, and wants to see them all happy.
He wants to spend these moments with his family, and wish life could bring him some more time. Ganga was sure they will get his bone marrow transplant, and he would get fine. Niru begins to pant again, Kashish runs to bring Pulkit.
In the way, Krishna asks Madhvi why they are going to temple. Madhvi explains they will pray for Niru so that he can get well. Krishna asks why Ganga and Sagar didn’t come. Amma ji explains they will look after Niru at home. In the temple, Ghunghat wali mata ji was praying. Mata ji asks them to make Krishna seated near the fire of Pooja. Mata ji says this girl would do the Pooja, Madhvi insists to do the Pooja. Mata ji explains this girl is under the influence of devil soul.
In the hospital they inform doctor about breathing problem. The doctor says they can’t delay any further, they should bring their granddaughter. Niru denies about Krishna. Ganga tries to convince that Krishna will be perfectly fine, and Niru will also get well soon. They hurry him towards operation theatre.
Krishna hugs Madhvi fearful and not ready to sit for Pooja. Amma ji still asks Mata ji if Krishna is the one. Krishna denies sitting in Pooja. Madhvi promises to take care of her, Amma ji makes her sit there. Krishna keeps on requesting Madhvi not to be a part of Pooja. Ghunghat wali mata announces her veil is really powerful, she shows them a veil saying if there isn’t any devil soul in her she won’t feel anything but if she is under the influence she would faint. Ghunghat wali mata ji makes her man to push chlorophyll pad in Krishna’s nose, Madhvi and Amma ji were worried. Mata ji insists that she has the devil soul. Ganga comes home and asks Maharaj ji about Krishna. He informs Ganga about the Pooja that was called at Shiv’s temple by Mata ji.
Mata ji takes Krishna inside and forbids Madhvi and Amma ji to follow. She laughs victoriously while leaving the temple. Madhvi was really worried and felt something is wrong, Amma ji herself was sweating. The men were taking Krishna, Madhvi hears her call from outside but Amma ji doesn’t let her leave.
Ganga comes to temple in the rickshaw, Krishna was being carried from behind her into a car. In the temple, Ganga comes to ask about Krishna. Madhvi tells her that Mata ji took Krishna. Ganga question why they let her go with them alone.
Gangaa 4 January 2020 Update ends when Ganga calls Krishna, then tells Amma ji that Ghunghat wali mata has kidnapped Krishna. She questions Amma ji where is that Ghunghat wali mata and Krishna, and accuses them for going blind behind her. She tells them about Niru being in hospital. She tells them that Krishna’s bone marrow matched Niru that fake Mata had changed the reports and now she has kidnapped Krishna. She cries in worry of Krishna.
