Scripture: Romans 10:9-10
…that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

JOHN HAGEE TODAY DEVOTIONAL FOR 23 MARCH 2023

Jesus is a Savior worth having. He is so rare that no other like Him has ever existed. He is so capable that nothing is impossible for Him. He is so reliable that He has never disappointed one person who chose to trust in Him. He is so loving that when everyone else has given up on you, when no one else sees any good thing in you, He reaches out His hand and says, “I choose this one.” He is so good that, if you have not accepted Him as Savior, He is waiting with outstretched arms.

Today’s verse tells us how to become a child of God, to accept Him as Savior. If you believe in your heart that Jesus exists, that He came to die on the cross to forgive your sins and that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. If you acknowledge Him in your heart and say it out loud, Jesus can be yours.

You may think that this is an impossibility, but the Bible tells us that whoever believes in Him will not be lost, will not perish, but will find eternal life (John 3:15). Whoever believes…every single person who looks up to Him, trusting and expecting, will gain a real life, an eternal one.

No matter what you have done, where you have been, whom you have let down, what you have gone through or what others say about you, as long as you want Him, He wants you. Find out for yourself the magnitude of His goodness, the unsearchable depths of His love for you.

Today’s Blessing:

Heavenly Father, right now, I receive Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior. I thank You for the gift of my salvation. I ask You to set me free from the sin in my life. Wash away my sin so I can be clean. Make me Your child. I believe that Jesus is the only way to receive this precious gift. I believe He suffered on the cross for my sin, that He died, and that God raised Him from the dead. I am no longer lost. I am found. I will live with You eternally. Because of the blood that washes away my sin, and because Your word says so, I am saved. I am set free. I am born again. I rejoice in my salvation! Thank You! Amen.
