TOPIC: ACTUALISING GOD’S VISION IN YOUR FIELD
SCRIPTURE: For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: In this end time, God is raising people to invade and take over the world for Him.
It has been established that God’s Purpose is to position His people in high places of authority. He wants to fill the earth with the knowledge of His glory as the waters cover the seas.
This is the reason why He positioned Daniel in Babylon, Joseph in Egypt, Queen Esther in Sushan, and David in the court of King Saul. So, in this end time, God is raising people to invade and take over the world for Him.
Sometime ago, a very tall young man came to see me in my office. He was expected to represent Nigeria and Africa then in the 2008 Beijing Olympics in a particular sport. So, he came to see me for prayers so he could excel.
Then, I asked him, “What is your vision? What do you want? How would your victory benefit God and His Kingdom in this competition?”
And he told me, “I want to come back with the medal to motivate the youths; let them know that being a sports man does not mean being a sinner or a dullard. I want to lift the banner of the Kingdom very high in sports”
This young man graduated from the university with a good grade and then, he made up his mind to represent Nigeria and Africa with a primary aim of standing for the Kingdom of God. He had previously won the completion as a champion in both Nigeria and Africa, and now, he is representing both Nigeria and Africa at the global stage.
Beloved, this is what God wants to do with you. God wants you to stand in for Him in your field of endeavour. Be courageous; be bold enough to represent the Kingdom of God. Do not let down the vision of God in your lifetime. Arise today and uphold the banner of the Kingdom of God in your field.
Remember this: In this end time, God is raising people to invade and take over the world for Him.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Make up your mind to fulfil the vision of God in your lifetime.
2. Represent God and lift up the banner of the Kingdom in your field and career.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You grant me the grace to fulfil Your Vision on earth. Help me to stand out for You in my career, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
