Amrit asks Mannu why are you here…. Mannu gets shocked. Raavi asks Jagan which Chunri shall I wear. He asks is it my marriage. She asks which kurta will Sukhi wear. He says he looks like a monkey’s child.

Sukhi says Papa ji then you are the monkey. Jagan gets angry. Raavi says your Papa is Shah. She asks Jagan not to get angry, its Diwali, we are preparing for Laxmi puja, since I came in this house, I dreamt to light Diya as Shah’s wife, I will get chance today, no one can stop me.

Jagan says its not a big thing, its just Diya. Ravi says its big thing, Bebe used to make elder bahu light Diya. He says do anything. She asks him not to show Mannu that he did big work, become a duck. Jagan says what big thing did you do, keep this here and go home. Sushila says you did great Mannu, have this. She asks Jagan shall I give money to Mannu for his hard work. Jagan says fine. She says keep this, it will be of use. Mannu says thanks, you are very nice. She asks him to go. Jagan thinks Mannu did big work and smiles.

Mannu thinks I can feed food to my family to think and buys food. He goes home. Amba cries. Mannu asks why are you crying, you should be happy, I got my first earning. She says no mum wants to take earnings from his 7-year-old kid, she wants to see her kid playing. Mannu gets the keys and takes a file from the cupboard. He changes the papers of both files. He says when they give their files, they will not get factory contract. He keeps file and keys back. Sushila comes with Jagan. Mannu collides with her and file falls in Jagan’s feet. Jagan picks a file. Mannu gets tensed.

Mannu stops Jagan from checking the file. He asks did you call me. Jagan asks him to do work. Mannu takes file. He goes and hears Bebe calling out Amba. Sushila asks what happened. Mannu says Bebe got conscious maybe, she called mummy. Sushila says its nothing like that, you would be missing her. He says no, I heard her. Jagan says there is no sound, your ears are ringing, you did not do any work well, Harjeet’s file should reach his house before puja, go. Sushila asks him to run, I will take care of Bebe.

Mannu goes. Jagan says medicine got less, come we will give this to Bebe. Harjeet knocks the door and asks Amrit about the file. She says I m finding the file, just wait. She opens the door. He asks did you get file. She says I will find it.

He scolds her and asks her to find file before puja. He goes. She worries. Mannu comes there with the file. Sushila plans with Raavi to get Amba for work. Amba comes and asks Sushila did you call me. Amba asks whose house is this, we used to clean it every year, shall we not clean house when Bebe is not seeing, we get blessings by devotion. They agree. They clean the house. Harjeet hears some sound and goes out asking who is there. Mannu runs and hides. Raj burns crackers. Amrit takes Raj. Harjeet scolds him. Amrit says I got the file and gives him. Pandit asks Harjeet to come for puja. Amba makes all the arrangements. She recalls Mannu’s words. Mannu thinks I kept file back, thanks for sending Raj, now I will fulfill the promise made to mummy.

Mannu goes home and sees Amba. He asks Amba to make him wash hands. She says I came here as Sushila called. Mannu says I have good news, the tender will go out of hands. Amba gets shocked and asks what did you do. Mannu says I won’t let my Papa’s dream break, you get ready to light Diya. Jagan comes. Mannu asks him can we all do puja here if you permit. Jagan agrees on Sushila’s sign.

Sushila says open all doors and windows for puja. Mannu says yes, I will open all doors. He opens Bebe’s room door. Jagan shouts and stops him. Mannu says I m opening the door as Sushila said. Mannu asks shall I do tilak to everyone. Sushila says yes. Mannu does tilak to Jagan. Raavi says now I will light Diya. She goes to light Diya. Mannu thinks of Amba.

Raavi and Sushila try to ignite the matchstick. Jagan also tried to light the matchstick. Mannu asks shall I try. Jagan gives matchstick to him. Mannu also tries. He asks Amba to try once. Mannu holds the Diya quickly towards Amba. Amba lights the Diya. Amba does the aarti. Everyone does the aarti one and one. Amba cries and prays. Everyone take the aarti. Sukhi says this time I will take crackers. Jagan stops Mannu and asks where are you going. Mannu says I m going to give aarti to Bebe. Jagan says no need to trouble her, you all go home. Raavi says I will see him. Amba holds Mannu and they leave. They see Bebe a bit while leaving.

Simran and Gunjan praise Mannu for making Amba light Diya. Mannu thinks of Bebe. Mannu tells Amba that he heard Bebe calling her, and Jagan stopped him from seeing Bebe, I am feeling something is wrong, I will go and see.
