This Is Fate 3 June 2019 starts with Saanjh requesting judge to give rigorous punishment to Maya as she is proved guilty and criminal. Judge pronounces that Maya is a threat to society and should be punished as a lesson, she should be hanged till death. He adjourns court for the day and leaves. Police handcuffs Maya and take her along.

Maya looks at Arjun and leaves. Arjun hugs Saanjh and thinks Maya got punished for her sins and he got freedom. Reporters throng Maya while she is taken near police jeep. Arjun stops inspector. He hugs Maya and thanks to her for freeing him from her bond. Maya says he should not misunderstand her imprisonment as his freedom. He says she is mistaken and showing divorce papers thanks him for signing them.
Maya says when did she sign. Her lawyer comes in front and says she told she realized the truth after fighting Arjun’s case, she promised Maya that she will be with her till her end, this is Maya’s end. Arjun says Maya’s end and his new life with Dusky, goodbye Maya, see you never ever. Maya says if he cannot be hers, she will not let him be anyone else’s, it is not over yet. Police takes her in jeep.
Arjun gives divorce papers to Saanjh and says Maya is out of his life forever, at least now Saanjh can love him. Saanjh says no as they are not children now, love is not a game, he wants her to be part of his life as he is heartbroken with Maya’s separation. Arjun says can’t she understand how much he loves her. Saanjh says it is their friendship love and not couple love, she realized it long ago and even he should. She walks away.
Lady constables drag Maya to jail. Lady inspector asks her name. Maya does not speak. Inspector scolds. Maya says Maya Sharma and tries to sit. Inspector kicks the chair and asks if she asked her to sit. Maya stares at her. Inspector warns her to lower her vision, she heard about her misdeeds from inspector Ranveer, she is not a case but a case study, she will study her well. She drags Maya to jail room. The camera focuses on Maya Sharma written on file.
Arjun returns home and sadly looks at Vandana’s photo. He reminisces her love for him. Ayan says he is missing maa. Arjun says mom’s devoid will be always there, but he is sure wherever maa is she will be happy. Ayan says maa will be happier if he succeeds in life. Arjun hugs him emotionally. Suman enters with Jahnvi and jokes they burnt ravan today and they are crying instead of being happy. Jahnvi says they remembered maa and she is here, she brought them kheer. Suman says today end of evil, it calls for celebration. Arjun says he can have kheer, but does not want to remember evil. Jahnvi says she will be their mother from today, though cannot fulfill Vandana’s devoid. Arjun says he cannot move ahead in life soon and walks away.
Inspector scolds Maya to change her dress and come out from room. Maya comes out weaing white dress. Inspector scolds her and orders constable to click her pic holding slate. Maya stands bending her face. Inspector forces her to lift face up and clicks pics.
Arjun on his bed looking at Saanjh’s pic says he should be happy today that Maya evil is out of his life forever, but he is world’s unlucky boy that he did not value true love, he prays ganapti bappa that dusky brought him near bappa, now it is bappa’s duty to make dusky realize her love for him. Saanjh reminisces Arjun proposing him and thinks she did a mistake by thinking friendship as love, even Arjun is doing same mistake.
Arjun determines to make Saanjh realize her love for him. Maya in jail thinks Saanjh sent her to jail, but she will not let Saanjh enter Arjun’s love, she has not lost battle yet. Maya looks at alarm clock and thinks she has to make Arjun realize their friendship. Maya thinnnks Arjun is only hers and she will not let anyone near him.

Today On This Is Fate 3 June 2019 Update
Monisha(Manisha Sharma) prepares a candle light dinner for Ritwik and eagerly waits for him. Her friend calls her after a long time and asks her to switch on a news channel on television and gets shocked to learn about Ritwik’s death and breaks down. She learns that someone has bribed a goon to kill Ritwik.
She throws all the chairs of her house and says that either the Luthras or Prithvi(Sanjay Gagnani) has killed her lover and promises to not leave them.
Dadi is taken to the hospital and she doesn’t allow Sherlyn to enter the room. Sherlyn curses Dadi in her mind and Prithvi calls her and apologises to her for getting angry on her before. Prithvi is in a great mood and Sherlyn tells him about all that happened between her and Dadi. She also tells him that Kareena bua is going to get her test done too and the news of her pregnancy will be out. Prithvi asks her to leave the hospital and go to Monisha’s house and get her in their confidence so that Prithvi’s secret of being the “mastermind” doesn’t come out.
Sarla(Supriya Shukla) and Janki reach the police station and they see Prithvi talking to someone over the phone. Sarla asks Janki to call Prithvi and she goes towards him. Prithvi is darn in the process of talking about all his crimes he has done till now. Janki stands behind him and hears all that he talks over phone. He then turns and gets shocked to see Janki and his phon falls from his hand as soon as he sees Janki.
Janki tells him that Sarla is calling him and Prithvi tries leaving but Janki asks him why he doesn’t look upset or sad after learning about Ritwik’s death. But Prithvi makes an excuse and tries to get away. Janki asks him why he was talking about Monisha over phone. Prithvi tells her that no one knows that Ritwik and Monsiha are in a relationship. He asks Janki not to tell anyone about it. However, Janki doesn’t seem convinced with his words and looks all confused.
Prithvi then continues to knit stories about Ritwik being a bad human and also says that Ritwik even tried to blackmail him. Prithvi then leaves for the police station but Janki is confused and wonders why she isn’t able to trust Prithvi. Prithvi wonders what to do next as every time he talks about his crimes, Janki appears from nowhere.
Sherlyn (Ruhi Chaturvedi) wonders what will happen to Monisha as Ritwik is dead. Rishab(Manit Joura) hears her and asks her how she knows that Ritwik is dead. Sherlyn finds an excuse about her knowing someone in police but Rishab stops her and asks her how she knows that Ritwik is related to Monsiha. Sherlyn feels trapped but gets away with the situation by trying to talk to Dadi. Sherlyn then somehow sneaks from the hospital and reaches Monisha’s house. She tries to knock the door but Monsiha isn’t at home.

Sherlyn calls her up and Monsiha screams at her for supporting Prithvi blindly and says that she knows that Prithvi has sent gain her confidence. Monisha says that Prithvi has crossed all limits and she is not going to spare him this time. Sherlyn tries to convince her but Monisha is in no mood to listen and keeps crying. She then adds that Sherlyn and Prithvi are the reason behind Ritwik’s death and she will give her statement to the police station. Sherlyn has no escape this time and is mute.
