TODAY DECLARATION AND BIBLE VERSE FOR 23 FEBRUARY 2023
SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 2:4 (KJV)
No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
2 Timothy 2:4 (ESV) No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.
2 Timothy 2:4(GNT) A soldier on active duty wants to please his commanding officer and so does not get mixed up in the affairs of civilian life.
2 Timothy 2:4 (GW) Whoever serves in the military doesn’t get mixed up in non-military activities. This pleases his commanding officer.
2 Timothy 2:4 (HCSB) No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in the concerns of civilian life; he seeks to please the recruiter.
DECLARATION FOR TODAY
I am a fighter; I am armed with the incorruptible word of God that can quench every fiery dart of the enemy. I cannot be defeated as a warrior in Christ’s army. I will keep marching forward. Hallelujah!
