DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST FOR 14TH APRIL 2023 TOPIC: RECONCILES I
SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 5:9-11
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
TODAY’S MESSAGE ON DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST
Enemies can only be reconciled when common grounds are established. Humanity became God’s enemy via the sin of Adam. God took the initiative to reconcile man to himself through the second Adam, Jesus Christ. The ground for this reconciliation is His Blood that was shed on the cross where he was crucified and he died. This reconciliation brought salvation and peace between man and God.
Some people think that they can be reconciled to God outside of Christ. They engage in works, self-discipline, abstinence from certain foods and activities and following some self-acclaimed prophets and not knowing that without Christ, they remain enemies of God. Have you been reconciled to God through Christ? If not, accept him now and do not wait for another day.

Reinstate your friendship with God through Christ.
